I know this post may be unpopular but I have thought about it for a couple weeks. Although there may be some quality Chinese products; I learned over 50yrs ago the Chinese were and are still today a major enemy of the USA. They as a nation have zero good intentions for our nation or people. During my few years in the US Army as a youngster I saw Chinese products in SE Asia piled high when confiscated. They were supplied by the Chinese government. In the years since due to major mistakes by our own government we ran our manufacturing industries out of the country and China was more than happy to use child labor and nearly slave labor to become a wealthy nation with poor labor and cheap products. They remain our enemy today with birth tourism, secret Chinese police in the states, propaganda in our colleges, money supplied to internal political enemies, the list goes on and on. I buy US products, used tools, and only when there is no other option will I buy a Chinese commie product.
They're government is our enemy and they have found many ways to quietly be our undoing. We are making a choice when we spend our money, supporting a nation with nothing but ill will toward us.
If you care to respond negatively to this post, at least make it factual. Greg

I highly agree with you! But you won't be buying much if you won't buy Chinese products. Whole lot of U S products are made in China anymore. I don't buy Chinese products if I can avoid it but it's almost impossible anymore. The Chinese products have come a long way in quality. Remember when Japan started sending junk over here? Factories were shutting down because the products they made were cheap. We can blame alot on prices you pay for things in the US and when you read the fine print it says assembled in U,S.A. Sure wasn't made here, not going to get any better in my life time. Economics for the big business making the big money.

Re: Why I refuse to buy Chinese products
I've been hitting garage sales, auctions, and thrift stores for decades, I pay more for non-chinese products, I've never been a real materialist and I'm old. Yeah my flip phone and TV are chinkenese but tools are old or second hand, cars mostly Japanese except my old Chevelle. I try my very best to not support a known enemy and may do without some things to avoid supporting an enemy. I'm the same guy who has hard things to say about the District of Criminals who have pursued the destruction of America.
