Nothing spectacular, but a couple interesting designs.... and only $25 for all three, so what the heck.
First, an ordinary Morakniv for the tackle box. This is
the only one with an original sheath and it's a decent workhorse knife at a really low price.
Next is a funky tanto made from a file. Slag-type swirl scales; full tang in all dimensions; mosaic rivet in center. Sturdy as hell & really comfortable grip. Lanyard hole. Reasonably fitting tanto sheath but obviously made for larger knife & cut down for this one.
Damascus dagger with synthetic tortoise shell scales.
Also full tang in all dimensions. At first I thought it was just etched but it appears to be real layered steel -- the close-up shows a very tiny layer gap on the ricasso edge. An "okay" sheath but no retaining method.... could be jostled out fairly easily. No lanyard hole.
Any thoughts about possible origin on the latter two?
They have lots of character and honestly, how far wrong can you go for eight bucks each...?
