Antique folding butterfly knife (German? Sheffield?)

Here is my best one. Front tang is stamps PATENT and the back is stamped SUPERIOR over QUALITY.

Wow! Thats a very nice one! It sure is superior qualty.
How long is it open? On what side does the latch sit on?

It measures 4 & 1/4”. The latch opens on the top handle

Here is my german one, well used and lot of blade loss due to sharpening.
It is 11.5 cm open.

Saw this one on auction. Super cool with a cork screw and hidden smaller blade. Made by Bontgen & Sabin
