I’ve been trying to figure out how old this red hackman balisong is. Perhaps somebody here can help out?

Im no expert.
Could be from the 70-80s. Later ones are not made by Hackman.

From the picture I'd say new unless they are new old stock but they don't look like they have been used for anything.
