Hey John, just using it to compare the flatguard picklock to what I thought maybe you meant by "standard", with the more common rounded guards. It's a 2023 Limited Edition Picklock, but not the 5mm you'd find in Walt's models. In the photos I see no discoloration. Please use my email and let me see the area you are talking about. If the blade is straight with the spine and lines up well down the sides of the handles, no droop or point up, I'd like to talk about it.
