I seem to remember Mac Davis having a variety show, but can't seem to remember his music. I know he wrote a lot of songs that other artists made famous. But, who can forget "Delta Dawn" by Helen Reddy? Geez, my little Sister loved that song when we were kids. Good 'ole AM Radio of the early '70's! Both gone but not forgotten.

Actually meant "both" gone but not forgotten as in Mac Davis and Helen Reddy, I'm fairly sure there's something more than static still playing on AM Radio...sammy the blade wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 1:10 am When did they stop am radio? I really wouldn't be surprised. I haven't even thought about am radio in years much less listened to it. Probably still has a news brodcast and Paul Harvey but who knows, don't think I'll be checking it out anytime soon. I think they are related to them but I wouldn't bet on it, lol.JulesVane wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 1:23 amActually meant "both" gone but not forgotten as in Mac Davis and Helen Reddy, I'm fairly sure there's something more than static still playing on AM Radio...sammy the blade wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 1:10 am When did they stop am radio?
