No. Made in Italy is a generic marking.
Inox, inoxid, rostfrei are also generic. Knives could/can be ordered marked any way the customer wants.

Bill I say that because my Coricama says inoxid and I’ve been told it was for Europe and South American market

It MAY have been marked that way for that market. It depends on what the buyer ordered.

Re: Made in Italy mean for export
Afaik inox and rostfrei do mean (or stand for) stainless steel.

Re: Made in Italy mean for export
Inox is short for the French Inoxidable (Stainless). Rostfrei is German (I believe) for Stainless or (rust-free in English).
Will someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Mr. Fishpick, you are not wrong. The Italians were thrilled to offer stainless as another desirable feature of these knives. Marketing. Before that you got carbon steel blades that were sometimes plated to protect against rust. My first switch bought in 1955 had just such a blade. As time wore on, so did the nickle plating; it began to flake off.
