Yup Bell Metal company from Korea. They made some of the Rizzy copies, and the Nato Military OTF and Super Automatic OTF. I remember in the 1990s KoAmerican Trading ( an importer in NYC) sold these for $6 each when you bought a dozen....Yes they are rare as they tend to non work properly soon after use....Mostly pop open by themselves....

I think that is just one of those AKC Concords that says NATO on it.

It seems like autos listed from other countries don't get removed as much. They might not get removed at all. I don't think I have ever seen one get removed.
