Jay, it's really a super nice find! Can it really be only 3mm thick for such a large piece? Did the seller mention the year of production or "prototipo" 3 of how many? Is that a "blood groove" going down the button side of the blade (or a reflection)? I'm sure not many could be out there. Finding these Renzo Pascotto pieces will be harder and harder. Great score!

They had no details, neither did the widow. No blood groove just an odd reflection. Thanks!

I can say to my eye the blade width seems proportional, but I’m pretty new to the game.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the 13" Batwings were introduced in 2010, and they appear to share the same body style. Only the guards seemed to change from these traditional to the Batwing guards.
