Thanks Sammy. Seeing so many older pieces in great condition really show how long they’ve been collected and taken care of.sammy the blade wrote:The pics. look like a new knife, nice score on it!
Thom: I never knew the secret to BA until METALGOD just told us. I never saw ANY there before.

BA got alot of us started, don't seem like people are as interested in knives as there were 10 to 15 years ago. I heard Stu even got out of the knife business.

Good looking piece. Congrats on the grab. I have a couple of BO/BC's but they're in a minority.

Chris
Was catching up on posts i missed whilst away and spotted this one of yours.
Great to see you got your hands on a lovely example of the BOBC.I know you were after one .
I love the cracked ice scales design on switchblades It looks great and always seems better fitted on the older knives. .
You are filling the gaps nicely on examples of the different types of switchblades, and have wisely got each example in great shape .
You have a collection to be proud of there Chris
Congratulations and good luck in future buys .

Thank you for the always kind words Ian. Yes, I'm trying to capture a bit of this and that. Yet to acquire an A.G.A. Campolin 10" Fishtail Picklock. I'll be fishing for one of those lol.
