More Italians

Post by whippersnapper »

Real nice older stag German market swivel bolster stiletto. Knife has a slightly shorter blade at 3-1/4" to meet the German laws. Overall length open is 8-1/4 and closed 4 7/8". Flat grind blade has "Italy inox" on one side with "Molletto" on the back. Safety works like it should and knife is nice and straight with just a little play side play when open. Overall a real good one I hand picked over 15 years ago. $45 shipped
SOLD

Great brass and palisander wood Italian slant bolster. Opens quick and is a super tight knife. 7-1/2' open and about 4-3/8" closed. You must push button to open and push again to close it. These are getting scarcer and don't come up for sale much. $67 shipped
SOLD

I had a few molletto stilettos that I'd won on SD auction a few years ago that I sold to Jerrbear and they are the best made stilettos that I ever handeled!!! I can't say the same about the plastic scaled ones but all four I sold Jerry were the bomb diggity. If I had the extra cash I'd buy them all Terry! I really hope your not needing the money and your selling cause of a change in interests. I hope you don't regret it later like I did!

I am quite happy with the Molletto, just as described and as I remember seems to be put together better than your run of the mill Italian stiletto. These are nice to add to your collection if you get the chance and they don't come around often. Thanks Terry!
