My small collection......

Post by Rey Zhourej »

I don't normally collect balisongs but every once in awhile come across them and it is hard to turn down a knife("I'm a knifeaholic...but I can quit.....anytime....maybe"). I think I got my first one while I was still in high school and still have it. I really didn't think they were that well-made to begin with although I have a couple of Bali-Songs and a Ken Largin that are the exception. My favorites are the tiny little Japanese made one with French ivory scales and the enormous Taylor-Seto.
Anyway here are mine for your viewing pleasure.

Nice knife. Any chance we can see them open? I'd like to see the blade on that blue Waltco/Woodsman looking one at the very bottom.

Here's a pic of the blue one. It is marked Hemming Fisherman. Any other ones? All I have is individual pictures and they would take up a lot of space.

Thanks! I was wondering what that one's blade looked like. I think those Hemmings are the original ones of that model and the Waltcos copied the design. I still like Waltcos, though.
