Balisong trainer help

Post by tim127 »

I recently got a cheap-ish trainer to play around with. When i firs got it I was told to put Loctite (the blue one) on the screws, however when it was drying the screws loosened up and there is a lot of blade play. When I try to remove the screws the entire screw mechanisim (not sure what it is called, the screw and what it screws into) just spins and the scrwes will not come out. Does anyone have an idea of how I can take them out?

Holding a soldering iron on the screw [or bushing it screws into] can often help loosen the loc-tite

You can also use a hair dryer to heat up the loctite, that will loosen it upImage
