PCC 30

Post by wazu013 »

I traded a Buck 110 D/A for this PCC 30 which is in great shape. In fact both knives ware in excelent condition. PCC stands for Pacific Cutlery Corp which was the forerunner to Benchmade. What do you people think. Sorry about the pictures but I am brutal at taking pictures.

Each week, I spend time polishing, lubing and doing various things to make my knives better than when I bought them.

This is how I do it. You can do whatever you want to yours.

Caveat: DO NOT APPLY TO ANODIZED HANDLES OR AN ETCHED BLADE. You will ruin it.

I received a 43DM whose handles looked like total ass. I don't know what the user did before he sold it to my seller. However, it has been remedied.

Before:

After:

The scratches can be buffed out. The blade can be reprofiled and repaired.

What do you think the value of this knife will be after Matt Cook plays around it for the next several weeks?
