You can get a new one for about 20bucks. Here are a few sites that carry them.
Some other members here may know of more places to get an inexpensive Bali.

If you want any cheap knives that are still usable quality www.bladeplay.com is a great site. They have a lot of cheap balisongs that are good users/abusers

You can also try Stu. He has some for under 20$. A great guy to deal with.

All good sites. There is nothing wrong with the "cheap" knives in regards to quality. It seems that butterfly knives are either $20 or $120 +. Not much inbetween.

If you want a really solid $20.00 balisong I suggest the MTech Twist. It is very sturdy and flips well for $20.00.
