Hi Bill,

I was really impressed with Lee Reynolds knives, as shown under the Blade Pictures category, and am wondering where some of the exotic looking materials he uses can be obtained. The mokume, damascus, superconductor, great looking bone, horn, ivory, white abalone, etc. is what I mean.

I've bought from TKS, Koval, Alpha Knife Supply, and one or two others, also looked at Mother of Pearl and similar websites, but have yet to see much of the type of quality materials he uses. Any suggestions for a would-be classy looking knife maker?

Tom
I think Lee makes most of his contacts and buys, at shows.
Masecraft supply has nice materials, but bad catalog, and a $50 minimum order.
It's better to buy exotic stuff in person, if possible.
