i had mine taped to a cnc milling machine...when i tried un taping it - it snapped..
i think my slabs weren't quite thick enough for that way of doing it anyway...
i recently saw a pic of one a freind did - enclosed the tab spring using buffalo horn...looked great!

also the bone i used was not stabilized - so i tried doing it myself with crazy glue - maybe i f*d up.... :roll:

newport rhode island no tool and die experience sorry.i'm good with tools and have a die and tap set and a bunch of other tools and a tig welder
