I got this very inexpensively at an antique sale. It is marked only “inbox”. The horn is nice and it seems “well-built”. Any information would be appreciated!

That's a beauty dude. I really like how the horn aged on it. Looks like a nice Maniago piece. I'll let one of the experts here suggest a date based off the Inox stamp, I can only guess but there are cats here who can nail the year it was assembled in many cases.

With my limited knowledge, I’d say it from the 1970s made in Maniago. It has a nice swedge blade, stainless bolsters, swivel release, modern button and safety. I can’t tell if it’s a one or two piece spring. The spring looks kind of wide. Is it a 4 or 5 mm spring? The horn is way cool. Inox translates to stainless steel a common stamp on many Italian knives.

Thank you for the reply. I measured it to be a 5mm wide backspring. The backspring also appears to be a single piece, rather that the dovetail variety that “slips from the side”. (The two picklocks I own have the two piece spring design.)

That beefy blade and backspring definitely validates this puppy as being well-built as you stated, I'm curious as to what it cost you. If you don't feel comfortable making that public then I completely understand. Or if you feel comfortable telling me via PM then that would work too. If neither, then just ignore me, as I can be a nosy sob.
