Yea, The top picture is not my knife, and I have never seen it in person. The person that owns it said it was polished Ram's horn. Maybe he will comment??? I tend to believe him, very knowledgeable. I think John may have had something to do with his purchase of that knife. Not for sure.

John just taught me something new...Black Rams Horn. Now, that makes sense. I can see that possibility now.

You know if you look at the pictures of my Walt's collection. In the smaller case, the middle knife on left side. That is a Ram's horn, really dark.

Yes, it could be black ram horn. I have picklock with solid black ram.

Not sure if that's a Walt's or a Pascotto. Per Walt or Lucio, it's polished ram.
