Bill I have a lesson 2(Knife 101) question.

A growing number of collectors customize their automatic knives by changing scales, bolsters, blades, doing fileworks, ... Wether you're a guru or just a wannabe knife modder, this is the place to discuss it!

Bill I have a lesson 2(Knife 101) question.

Post by flytyer46 »

I'm about ready to make an order to one of the supply houses and I have a material question.
On the list of materials you have .020 or less nickel listed. Is this supposed to be for the
lever spring cover? Also do you happen to have a picture of a "Sigfreid" that is torn
down? I would like to see a pic of all the parts so I can use them as reference.

Thanks

Gosh-it's been a long time. I think that is for the lever spring cover. Stainless will work, too.
I don't have a picture.
