Simply gorgeous, Mr. Bill. The term of "master cutler" fits you to a tee.

True art in every sense of the word. Or more colloquially "knock your socks off beautiful".
Another masterpiece by one of the masters.

This is late, but Bill I love your file work. I think most of the time they do too much with it for my taste, but this is just perfect, subtle but nice.

Great mangle, Bill. Now if you had just run it though the enlarger ...

Magnificent work Bill
Iove these Italian medici knives and this is just the rolls royce of them .
I absolutely love that engraving and i prefer the black scales to stag on the german puma knives.

I found a nice manual swinguard humpback knife on ebay (not mine unfortunately)that would be an excellent switchblade ,its a beauty and thought you all would like a look. The stag is killer.
I believe this is an American made knife ever seen one before ?

Hope your well Bill

Regards
Ian

Beatiful, Ian, what overall size are you looking for?

No, I was asking what size you would like. I can design it any size and make it a switchblade. After that we can talk about who might build it for you.

Apologies if this goes off topic Bill.

Dave
I'd take an 11 inch size of this knife Dave .
I like the sunken lockback mechanism also but don't know if it would interfere with a button and spring mechanism.

Thanks for offering this Dave,i hope your well mate.

Ian

I'll muddle through somehow! Hope this response finds you well and happy also. I'll draw this as 11" overall but I won't increase the width as much as the length. If you don't like it, I can always fatten it up.

Dave
Forgive my lack if knowledge in the build process.
Of course you would have to allow for workings and springs etc..
Thanka for going to the trouble anyway.
