What do you guys/gals drive?

Do you want to talk about your beautiful country, family, or dog? Would you like to say where you went on holiday or how you arranged the garden? Are you willing to tell us you girlfriend left you for a(nother) loser? Do you have ANY non knife-related topic you want to discuss? This is the place!

A 92, Toyo, 4wd, v6, PU, in Japanese Racing Marooney-Red. The thing has been east (NY), west (CA), north (MN), south (OK), lots of spots in between, and HI. I bought it the first time I lived here so I could get around in the snow and it has not failed to meet expectations. I’ve survived a few blizzards wherein nobody with good sense was on the roads—which means in MN, there were lots of other fools out too. It has slight modifications (by me so I can’t blame anyone) to the ignition (Jacobs) and air intake (K&N) that could either improve mileage or make it go faster. You guess which I tend to choose (at least when the pavement is dry). My plan is to drive it till the wheels drop off, or I win the lottery.

Jim, i like your taste in cars. I was thinking of trading in the Altima for a 325 or the Volvo S60.

Have you guys done any sort of aftermarket mods to your "whips"? I'm contemplating putting a custom exhaust on mine. Flowmaster duals look and sound nice, and everyday it gets harder to resist lol.

Hey Rats we have almost the same truck. My is a 95 extra cab same color but without all the mods you have. I only have 75 k on it so it should
last another 20 years. I also own an 89 F250 diesel for camping.

I just got back from "Lou's custom exhaust" where I had a flowmaster muffler and a stainless tip installed. I'll just say, WOW! Talk about an awsome sound. The added hp and torque is just a bonus.

If you're thinking about a flowmaster, just go for it, its worth it. But, the more cylinders you have, the better it sounds. So you guys with the 4 bangers, dont expect it to sound like your buddy's V8.
