Sad Passing...

Post by Wally J. Corpse »

Greetings, Legion Of Fan-

One of our ol' pals herein, Mr. Doofus Emeritus, is in a period of mourning for the passing of his hero, the guitarist in ABBA...
Eye think that we can all agree that Bonzo should give a moment of silence before resuming his rectal kazoo marching rendition of "Dancing Queen"

AS ever,

Mr. Corpse,

At least he had more class than your pin-ups, Michael Jackson and Pee Wee Herman. I hear Your favorite diet beer has endorsed the new Hollywood harlot, Spuds Mulvaney. You can invite him over to join you in Pee Wee's playhouse. Drink up son, they can't give that piss away. Kinda like winning the lottery, huh!

Best regards,

Bonz

MJ and Pee Wee, leaves a disturbing image in my damaged brain. I can see a big payout for a video in the gay community.

Greetings, Mr. Doofus Emeritus-

Gee, that's a rather tame riposte, even for you...I guess that your wails of sobbing having diluted your menses...
RE: the lottery- eye just won $5.00 on a scratcher! I can send it to you to help your funding efforts to acquire a t-shirt from your favorite hero, Dr. Pimple Popper, the one with the prolapsed smegma covered hemorrhoids...

I read this text conversation, and it's like a gambling casino code language.
I can't get a grip where truth, sarcasm, humor, and verbal banter are correct responses.
But your words evoke images in my past.
And I must reply.

I was not an ABBA fan, until my lady took me under duress to see the movie Momma Mia . .
with all the ABBA songs sung by others in a musical comedy.

So then out of curiosity I watched some "original artist's videos" . . . . and WOW
They all looked pretty HOT. ... so I watched some more.
I would not have thought it , I always thought of it as "roller rink music".
And I ended up having my favorite songs. . . .

So I watched the second Momma Mia movie by myself, after my wife passed.
I can't remember if she ever saw it. I can't recall if we talked about it.
A lot of times I just live in my daydreams , losing touch with reality.

But now I see Cher, ( who looks HOT ) singing Fernando.
and guitar experts on YouTube doing instrumental adaptations of ABBA songs.

I reflect on music differently at age 72, than when I was 25 . . . .

Rest in Peace Lasse Wellander age 70 . . . . you made the grade. . . you'll be remembered.

Greetings, Mr. jerryk25-

AS it is your wont to ramble on, I shall try to answer your queries on a lined up by line basis...it's only a code language if'n you persist in being unawares. It's obvious that you can't get a grip if you don't see that sarcasm and humor are correct responses.
The factoid of the matter is thus- Mr. Doofus Emeritus and eye snidely whiplash ABBA because those who are enamored with them are ripe for ridicule, and are easy prey, always rallying to dance with some queen, and therefore defiant in their choice of gyrating costumes..
No "lady" has ever exerted musical choice on mine chosen listening notes, mayhaps because of my preference for the Amazing Blue Oyster Cult, Dominance was submitted after "my ears will melt, and then my eyes" …
There is an existing, albeit fleeting opportunity for you to reclaim those happy days of your yute, there was another seemingly popular girly band of the same kinda time frame, the Spice Girls...
Living in the past, one day mine big boss at the roof expert inspection firm wherein I worked, handed me tickets to and direction to transport his young daughter to a Spice Girls concert in San Jose...
AS time and truth unfolded, even eye was amazed to witness one of the better live concerts eye have witnessed, albeit the special attention I paid for with the Goth waitress tippage…
So, therefore, either choose- "if you can dance, if you can dance, even if you can do nothing for me..."
Either way, if you don't like it, or anything that Bonzo and eye say, you should consider adding terlit paper to your ABBA marching parade hat.

AS ever,
Your ol' pal
Wally J. Corpse

P.S. You art hereby authorized to insert a "k" betwixt yer screen names' "r" and "y"...
P.P.S. For a nominal fee, you can state that you are still popular with that spastic clerk at the 7-11...

Spice girls were WAY after my time. . .
I was 9 when Buddy Holly Died.
by the 70's I was ridiculing disco . .
but I had a light blue brushed cotton leisure suit with black velvet platform shoes with red stitching.
Hey . . it got me kissed in Washington DC.
was an Aerosmith, Rush or Yes fan. with some CSYN or CCR. . .some The Clash, much Beatles.

Thank you for the hirsute baptism name of Jerrky . . . .

I have been known as
"Jap" . . . because I looked Eastern European / Tibetian as a kid (ancestry)
Mr.Makeout . . .I was a cartoon character with 5:00 shadow and a pet Duck
Boz . . .Bosley . . as in Charlie's Angels, my artwork surrounded me with pretty girls who never kissed me.
Mr.K . . .by Japanese metallurgists who could not say Jerry Katrencik ( Kat tren sick) not (zherddy Kah treen seek)
Jerr . . . by relatives
Grandma called me "Gevalt" in Slovak
My Mrs would call me "Jerk" when I would have excess fun with firearms.

I am a Blue Oyster Cult Fan. . .but not as devout as some people.
I have a 1/72 scale model ME-262, painted with the Oyster Cult Emblem.
I live with a hearing impaired brother, and he has every album. So I never needed to buy one.
I went to one concert, in Pittsburgh, late 70's . I think it was the Specters tour.
They had a crystal disco ball on the ceiling and fired a laser at it.
When you closed your eyes, the laser hit you cheek, and you felt faint static itch.
The lead singer had a wrist laser, and fired it at a dummy PA Speaker which "blew up" and smoked.
it was during the song Godzilla.
I remember at one point, every member of the band grabbed a guitar, and stood in a line across the stage.
I don't recall which song.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
At my core, I listen to instrumentals more than singers.

I can't say I'm fan of girl bands,
I like the Surfragettes more than and girl singer group.

weblinks. . .sorry about commercials.
although Postmodern jukebox has great eye appeal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLnZ1NQm2uk

and Broken Peach has an affect on me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q45yicp ... w&index=23

I subscribe to "Toyah and Robert's Sunday Lunch" . . . . .King Crimson's Fripp amazes me, and Toyah is an eyeful.

I used sarcasm well, in person, verbally . .
but I can't do it in type without making enemies.
So I'm somewhat dry and Literal. . . on line.

I used to test people's intelligence a lot with verbal puns. .
That didn't go over well. . .

I had my intelligence tested in school. I didn't test very high but it was enough to pass me in high school. I majored in weed consumption.

Greetings, Mr. jerkyk25-

It has taken me 8while to accumulate the feigned interest in replying to your reply, to wit: the entire gist of this way off topic topic was an ongoing banter betwixt me and Bonzo in order to award ridicule to those that ABBAplied for it. there's nothing serious about it, except seems to be - to you !
If your frightened about making enemies herein, your annoyance/combat/insulting skills are tame enough not to incur said label.
So, therefore, just try to think about anything more useful/amusing.
If this Spectre of reality ills you, please consult Mr. Sammy the blade, he has a doctorate in selective memory lapses...

Greetings, Mr. sammy the blade-

Evidence shows that, once again, we were talking about naught and nothing...some k25 wanna be a jerk has exceedingly verbiosed the goofy ABBA thread into a wasteland of apathy..

P.S. Eye see that you have decided to cast your lots for the presidential 2024 robe, 'eh ? We have already begun to vote for you, and Bonzo is busy training the rectal kazoo marching band for your indoctrination ceremony.
