From the late 60's . . . . before everything went "Woke" . . . .

They were half and half, both sides were the front.
On one side was "The Official White Folks Joke Book"
The other side was "The Official Black Folks Joke Book"

The other cover seemed "upside/down"

You could get The Polish / Italian book.
The Irish / Jewish joke book
The Catholic / Protestant joke book.
The Virgins / Sex maniacs Joke book

Well. . . .the idea was he insulted everyone equally . . .

I was offended because there were no Czechoslovakian / Lithuanian Jokes. . .
( my genetic heritage )

I was in search of a REAL Lithuanian joke . . . I still am . . . .
( you can't just substitute Lithuanian for Polish . . .)

I only know of two Czechoslovak jokes . . .'

What do you call a victim of a Czechoslovakian abortion . .
. . . . . . . . A cancelled Czech.

I took a Czechoslovakian woman out for a "night on the town" but the owner refused to let us into the restaurant. I asked him why, and he replied, "We don't take Czechs."

Here in Pittsburgh we have a yearly "Ethnic festival"
which I call the "Food Festival"
Every nationality you can think of meets for a 3day weekend.

We help out in set-up, but don't sing or dance. .
My Mother used to sing for lithuania.
My brother did calligraphy at the Czeck/Slovak booth.

Every food you ever wanted to try served by beautiful women.
Some are young girls of every flavor with long limbs.
(scottish Lassies dancing - India women in Sari's and barefeet - Rio Carnival bikinis with feathers)
Some are 30ish with big bustlines (think German Beer girl with push-up bra.)
Some are 80 year old babuska Ladies serving Borsht soup or Stuffed Cabbage.
They all get a 20 minute show onstage with ethnic music.
And everyone dances in traditional costumes.
It was here I discovered Louisiana Cajun Zydeco Music. . . .
Pistachio cookies from Lebanon. . . . Jamaican Chicken. . . .
Italian Amaretto and Coffee. . . . . . German Deer meat/Veal Schnitzel. (hot-dogs)


My brothers and I built a Castle display booth for Lithuania.

Lithuanians are really into swords. . .and Castles . . . and Armor.
I have a standing suit of armor at my house.
