No, look between the signs, its a guy on a handicap scooter at the drive thru window.

And the two signs - same message but the diagonal lines have different orientation. Now THAT's funny.

Is one US and the other Canadian?

I never even noticed the signs... nothing canadian that I know of... took this picture in south Texas.

the reason for the 2 signs is the 1 on the left, the color is fading ???

If the signs were in New Jersey, I'd wager there are 2 of them as the drivers are twice as stupid.
