New Year

Do you want to talk about your beautiful country, family, or dog? Would you like to say where you went on holiday or how you arranged the garden? Are you willing to tell us you girlfriend left you for a(nother) loser? Do you have ANY non knife-related topic you want to discuss? This is the place!

Not at all true, I knew it was a bad idea to try to list names here but I didn't go back and delete the list. I consider everyone here a friend and our passion for collecting knives is a great way to bond and share stories.

Fastr19, Don C,Jim Brown....see the list was far from complete.

Yeah go ahead, make me feel even worse about listing names  In fact you're off the list mister
Cheers everyone, I hope you all have a safe and prosperous New Year and go easy on the sauce....well do as I say not as I do 8)

Went for a nice ride today. Mid to high 40''s.

It was my last ride of 2016, she's going in the stable for the night 8)

I am blessed with wonderful friends and am truly thankful.
Your knowledge, generosity and genuine brotherhood has touched me deeply.

This photo is sh*tty but the brother that shared this knife with me is just one of the many outstanding folks here.
It's a German made Rosco kris dagger, I mentioned I sold my similar Latama dagger out of need and this man sent me this knife.
If that's not friendship then I am sadly misinformed.

Cheers brother, you know who you are.

Couple weeks ago the sun was out at about 7:30 in the morning and I got about 5 miles and had to pull over and get the feeling back in my fingers, it was 17 degrees. I have lined gloves but still not good enough for that kind of cold. 8)

Been a hell of a year; 2 car wrecks, a broken leg at work, more petty aggravations than I can shake a fist at. On the up side, a new car, new dog, the stock market didn't crash after all; in other words, fairly normal. Hope everybody here has a great 2017.

I have ranted and raved about politics and crap that was irrelevant for years and you guys put up with me and even made me a moderator and for what reason I am unsure.
Pete, Terry, Ron, Al, David N, Greg, Tryker (I know your name Yank Jr.), Bonz, Wally, Ian, Pete 45, Toms (both you guys), John, Furcs, Bernie, Bill(you know who you are), David (Tanto still owes me a Czech bier) , Dave (ILS the short bald fat liberal nut with all the knives) 8) , Sam, Don C, Marko, Freddie and our Italian friends- I see you too Barb.

I wish all Yee a Happy New Year 8)

I hate listing my brothers because someone is always left out. If your name was left out it was because your wife/girlfriend/mistress asked me to so shut yer cake hole and be happy I don't report you to the authorities. 8)
Thanks Dave, I feel an honest and sincere optimism about 2017, more than I've felt in many years. So it's with that excitement that I want to wish you also, and all the members here, a very Happy New Year!
