Not a huge sports fan but I dig the fact the Kansas City Royals won the World Series.
The very first professional game I attended was back in 90 or 91 and it was the Royals playing the Mets in game 3 of a 3 game series.
Royals won and if I remember correctly every one of the Mets at that time were capable of cracking it out of the park.
May have to drink a Busch tomorrow evening to celebrate.
