The fall of an American Icon
American cyclist, Lance Armstrong, was apparently doping. The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency is going to release 1,000 documents of evidence proving it. How sad...

After passing thousands of tests the anti-doping agency offers this conclusion - year[s] after the facts

About a month ago he abruptly decided he was tired of defending himself (after years of doing so) and would no longer challenge the charges. This just prior to the release of these documents. Coincidence?

If the IRS built a case against you and you had the choice of fighting them or saying yup and walking away, which would you do

I wouldn't fight them for years and then quit a month before I went to court. Unless, of course, I knew I was guilty and knew they had the evidence to prove it...Vagrant wrote:If the IRS built a case against you and you had the choice of fighting them or saying yup and walking away, which would you do

The government dropped charges against him A semi-private [internarional] agency was still intending to arbitrate the "case"JerrBear wrote:I wouldn't fight them for years and then quit a month before I went to court. If Zimmerman is found not quilty of murdering Trayvon expect him to be charged, with violaring his "civil rights" [screw double jeopardy] or a civil case

This is the magic incantation congress uses to constantly violate the 10th Amendment - "...the manufacture, sale, transportation, distribution, possession, or introduction into interstate commerce of such shall be prohibited"

Screw Nike! All their crap is made in China anyway. Won't see me paying 200 bucks for a pair of sneakers made by a 7 year old girl in China.
I don't wear sneakers anyway...I mostly wear work boots

I STILL haven't heard how he was able to pass ALL those drug tests.
He just resigned as chairman of Livestrong, his charitable foundation...

Re: The fall of an American Icon
He is also accused of "blood doping" [mostly], transfusing yourself with your own blood, to increase the ability for it to carry more oxegen. He may have taken drugs to improve this, at a later date I never took pre-med so I'm lost I'm depending on the media, for all of this
