Unlike you and many of your lefty ilk, that man has actually been in Iraq and has seen what is actually going on. My son in law has as well. Yeah, I know, to you it's all about oil, blah, blah, blah. We sure are paying a lot less at the pump since the good old days of Saddam and the boys.

I know you didn't start this one but you certainly lost no time diving in with both feet. Give it a rest, Veech. If you really want to stir things up, go back to doOd's forum and start it up there. Oh, I forget, you have too much respect for that forum to stir the pot but have no problems doing that here. I guess we are the Rodney Dangerfield of your online world. Sheesh. :roll:

I see you have chosen to ignore the point raised in my second paragraph. In some ways that was just as important as anything in my post.

Where is it written that you feel you must troll forums less respected by you (by your own admission), and stir things up? To be a good liberal, you must not discriminate in this fashion.

There is an unwritten rule regarding political discussions on the forum you've referred to. Seeing how this is an off - topic forum....why do you have a problem with my posting a response to something?

Such anger, such hate, such arrogance. The world is a very complex place. That guitar playing simpleton is far too smug in his ignorance to do anything but mouth overly simplistic observations and proposed solutions to problems he doesn't even understand.

BTW, ever notice how people on the left constantly bandy about the term "Facist". Are such people unaware that Facism and Nazism are Socialist variants?

And no Mr. Veech, I've not forgotten you. My gripe is that you come over here to stir things up, and that made me a bit grumpy. We shouldn't forget what happened to TSF. That is not going to happen here. I believe you and most people here know where the boundries are. That I respect.

What is "facist"? Don't you mean "fascist"? Fascism, a system of government characterized by rigid one-party dictatorship, forcible suppression of opposition,prvate economic enterprise under centralized governmental control, belligerent nationalism, racism, and militarism, etc.
