The kid who did this is 16 so any whoopin' will have to wait for a few years as I have no desire to become a ward of the state.

Tie the little bastard to a tree naked close to a swamp, break his legs with a baseball bat, slice him up a little so that he bleeds, then let Mr. Gator and his Wild Kingdom animal and insect pals have at him. Won't be the first time for this solution either. :evil:
