Having problems with 'Net businesses?

Do you want to talk about your beautiful country, family, or dog? Would you like to say where you went on holiday or how you arranged the garden? Are you willing to tell us you girlfriend left you for a(nother) loser? Do you have ANY non knife-related topic you want to discuss? This is the place!

Having problems with 'Net businesses?

Post by Blood_drinker »

Gang -

There's relief! If you've bought off some less-than-reputable
InterNet biz, say  bay or something along those line's,
here's what you do -

File an e-complaint with -

http://www.FTC.gov

You can also do a search on http://www.Google.com for your State's
department of consumer protection & attorney general who(m)
generally have e-complaint forms, or "800" ( WATTS line ) numbers
to call & report something called "mail fraud".

"Net fraud" is taken very seriously by the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC )

OBTW - This applies to any form of commerce ; you can get
a businesses license yanked, or have them put on probation.

Remember to file the complaint with your State's consumer protection agency and the State the business is located in.

If it's an overseas biz, file a complaint with the U.S. State Dept. -

http://www.State.gov/

Ya' gotta do a "contact us" to do a complaint with'em.

It's your money!
