Beer and Boredom
I was headed to work this morning and noticed this little scene in the creek that runs by my home and the only thing I can figure is someone had a lot of beer and time on their hands to end up like this. I am not sure which is worse, being dumb enough to try this or hanging out with friends that must be equally as dumb.

those dont even look like 4x4 trucks, usually theirs a 4x4 sticker on them ..
that was really dumb if they are 2 wheel drive..
maybe they are used to rippin through the water, but the water leverls were way higher than usuall.
or maybe they were all hammered up and didnt even realize their was a water hole and it was dark..
or maybe their just dumb?
been havin done my fair share of off roading and 4 wheeling , ive done sum dumb stuff myself , looking back on it all u can do is laugh..
it s a guy thing, "at least thats what my woman says"

Actually everyone knows that the water at it's lowest is around 3 feet deep in this creek and at one point yesterday it rained and for about 3 hours the water was even with the windows on one truck. It has been less then a week since two kids died in that creek further down when they rolled their car over in it and at that point in the creek it was only waist deep. All over the town we have signs up that say “Turn around don’t drown” because it got to be a common occurrence around here.

Looks like one tried to push the other out.
Reminds me of the La Brea tar pits in Los Angeles. Scientists puzzled over the remains of a group of Mammoths. Those animals were too smart to just walk into the tar one after another. They determined these beasts all died trying to save the first one who got trapped by the tar. Wonder what those trucks will look like in 10,000 years
