Well, it's been a long time since I've added any pictures to my section here so I think it's about time I did. I am now the proud owner of a Smallfoot original!!
Dick Carrol or lets just call him D_ick  and I were talkin a couple of months ago and the subject came up about my collection of Kukuris. I told him they are good wackers but the handles were never long enough for me and I didn't like the sharp pommels on them, when I swing, they stick me in the wrist. After several conversations D_ick said he'd try and make something for me that was more to my liking and let me tell Ya, He sure did!! Over all lenght is 20 1/2", Blade is 14 1/2" and the handle is just over 6". Dick did a excellent job on the hand made case with leather cover with his Makers mark on both the tang and cover.
The pictures below show the progress from start to finnish. It has the nicest balance, perfect weight for me and that handle is the most comfortable one I have and I have quite a few. ( maybe about 50 ) Thank you very much Dick!
I will treasure this blade for many years to come.

8) Damn that knife looks familiar......
Believe me, it grew on me as it was materializing. Never had a khukuri, never made a khukuri, but I believe that one will lop off whatever you swing it at. I started out making a working blade for Steve and as it went, I just kept prettying it up. It is still intended to be a working blade. Steve my guarantee still rides. There is nothing on that knife that can't be replaced or repaired as long as I live. I doubt very seriously that it will ever fail used as intended.
Steve, nice pix. I'm glad you added yours to the post. They made that old trailer spring kinda resemble a knife.....heheh.
Thanks all...
