Hi Terry,
Sorry for the slightly out of focus enlargements.
You can zoom in on the first photo, the group of four, you can easily see the detailed images.
Thanks for taking a look and your comment,
John
PS I added another photo.

That is fascinating, John. It seems a lot of artistry must have gone into into making it.

Re: Vintage Souvenir of Boston Pocket Knife
When I was a kid we would take a couple driving vacations a year. Remember all the Stuckeys, Nickerson Farms etc. that seemed to be along every highway around the country? Places that are no long gone. All I ever wanted for souvineers was a new knife wherever we stopped. I had quite a collection of different touristy knives like that from many places. Wish I still had them but when I got older I just thought of them as cheapy knives and they disappeared somewhere over the years.

Hi Jim,
I was amazed at the condition of the scales. I can only guess this knife that the knife was never used. I’ve seen others where the details such a fine lines etc are totally rubbed off. I think the scales are aluminum so a high quality stamp/die could made a detailed image.

Hi Terry,
My first souvenir knife was from Cape Cod. I still have it. I’ll post a photo. It was a miniature bowie knife in a leather sheath. I was 7 or 8 years old. My mom bought it for me; she was cool.
Thanks for sharing your memories.
