Hello.If you go to the picture on your phone there is a pencil .select the pencil and it will bring you to resize option.i always pick the smallest one.good luck

Thanks, I have a Samsung and I cropped it and still says file is too big, ugh!
So I uploaded the pics and videos on my instagram for now

When ever I want to post a picture here I have to send it to my PC where I can resize it then it will post , I'm sure there is a more high tech way but that is the only way I know.

Looks like Rams Horn. . .It's supposed to look "rough cut" . . .

I might have said it was a pickbone.. . . . but that is very very unlikely
