Nice, yours looks like a swivel bolster. We don't see a lot of these. From the photo, the bolsters look to be n/s. Is that correct?

It is a swivel. I never learned how to tell n/s from others. Is there an easy way to tell?

The stainless steel I have seen used in swivel bolsters is magnetic

That's great - a nice deep Wandy stamp and n/s bolsters make for a great swivel bolster knife.
