Is This One 'CIA'?

Again, my files are too large so only these fit. Forged blade with fullers. Pig skin sheath but blade stamp, 'Stainless/Throw' makes no sense to me. But a very well made knife that I have owned for years.

I don't know about CIA but it sure looks like it would kill.

Probably Spanish.
There is no way tio tell if a finished blade is forged.
