I like the rounded horn too. I have had some knives rounded . They feel much better in hand. Speaking of bonesce here is a fine example.

Yup, the one on the right is from the 2003s. The more rounded horn definitely feels better than some of the blockier slabs I own. A real pleasure to open and close. Is your curled up 13” from the 2017/18 batch? The horn is sweet! It looks the same as the 2003 except your pins look brass. I don’t have one of those to compare (yet!) but I thought they were identical up to the scales.

Gosh that Walts horn is right up my alley Thom, I bet it really looks nice opened up with that Damascus blade!

Yes it is a 2017 with brass pins.
