Here's a little 8" R.J. Richter picklock. Not a whole lot of info on R.J. Richter to be found. Could be that Rudolph J. Richter was a German knife producer that owned an import company in Massachusetts that imported knives from Scandinavia, Germany and Italy. Stamped on the back, front blank. Pretty sure this piece has been on Bill's workbench before I acquired it. Not sure to what extent, but a beautiful rescale at very least...

Beautiful, great find. If you look real close at the back side of the blade, I think you will find my name. Kinda looks like this one on the left.
