Vintage rostfrei trap door switchblade?

Post by ezi978 »

Hello, so Ive been searching for a while now to find this knife on google and i finally came across it on this website. It was given to my grandmother from her dad so it should be real. But the handle seems really fake compared to the other one ive seen. It pertrudes out and does not fit correctly. I need some help to know if this is authentic or not. Thanks

I'm not familiar with your piece myself, but if these guys like it, it really must be something good! Welcome to the forum!

Really nice knife. Wish my grandma was a collector. That's a rare knife in excellent condition. Very cool.

I would think if it came from your great-grandfather, it would be priceless.
But-once you get some offers, you'll probably sell it.

Not sure if i would because they are illegal in canada so my only hope of selling it would be locally so unless theres a collector in my area willing to pay a fair amount ill probrably keep it.

I agree with Bill,
I would keep it.. to me it’s just one of those cool family air looms you never get rid of.
But I am looking for one.....?????
