Another great part of your collection DonC. You also take an awesome photo in all your shots! Can you share your secret of polishing your knives? They almost look gold plated, they shine so nice!

The polishing is done with 1"X1/4" felt buff on a Dremel tool using 4 micron diamond paste. I don't have the skills to disassemble the knives to I just work around the parts that stick up. The gold hues come from shooting the photos on the floor under an old 75W flood mounted in a ceiling can.
