Re: 8" Rosco Picklock
Jeff (Jackalope), not only is your collection of Roscos outstanding, the dedication, time, patience (and money) that went into such a specific collection like this shows so much. It never stops amazing me what the dedicated collectors/members here have gone through for the passion. Wonderful!

Amazing collection Jackalope, thanks for sharing these classic picklocks.
Re: 8" Rosco Picklock
Awesome collection, great scales. When were they made? And yes, how long did it take to find them all?

Re: 8" Rosco Picklock
Very nice and I doubt you could find one in any better condition.
Re: 8" Rosco Picklock
Thanks gravknife! One MUST be patient first of all. I have collected Rosco's for about the last 20 years. Yes, that is a Rosco leverlock. I will need to take a new photo. I forgot I even have this 8" Rosco Italy closed mouth fish style knife.

Re: 8" Rosco Picklock
Thank you Jules Vane, Texan and Thom. All the Rosco Italy autos were made in the 1950's. As I said in my previous post; patience is key. If you see something you want, jump on the opportunity. The money really is insignificant. You can always make more. Not to sound like I am a rich snob. I am probably one of the lower income collectors on here. I have sold many, many, many knives over the years. Many I was very lucky to have owned. Lots of them one would be lucky to have owned. Selling those, awarded me the opportunity to fill-in many of my sets. I have been selling lots of manual knives too. Probably about 40-50 manual Rosco's.
I have been focusing on complete sets and variations of Rosco, Romo, Mauro Mario, Fabico, Triangolo stamped knives. I think this is where the dedication part comes in. Everybody has certain things in life that turn their crank. These are what works for me. I do have other knives that I may never part with just because they have killer horn etc...
