Thanks Ian...This 'lil guy had me in a search frenzy for a tiny swinger, then this one "popped up". Really nice condition for 1960's piece.

Great looking swing-guard with killer horn. I have an 8" with the similiar tang stamps and red-dot.

Agree, love the little swingers. I have a few others that are older but this one is the highest quality piece.

Really nice horn on that one. What are the tang stamps on this nice piece?

Wow...what a beautiful set of swingers . 8) 8) 8)

Some beautifully chosen horn on display on this post.

I absolutely love these swingers and would be proud to own any one of the 3 on display here.
All of them are in choice minty condition ....i just have to get one before the end.

You lot are a bad influence on a weak minded British switchblade collector.
Keep them great knives coming.

regards

Jeff, that's another beauty!
Ian, thanks again for such kind words.
Now, there's one on the Bay much like mine, minus the red dot safety. It's fetching quite a bit of bucks https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-foldin ... 1438.l2649
I DO understand the "lesser educated" buyers on the bay when it comes to finding classic Italian autos for sale.
But, considering I purchased mine from Angelo, I would consider him to pretty much know "ballpark value" on these older pieces. Here's the original listing with his asking price https://www.3knives.com/en/product/2657 ... nt-17.html
I didn't pay that for it, but if my currency converter is correct, 720.00 euros is about $880.00 USD. Am I missing something here on the value of a tiny 7" swinger?

Interesting that Ebay is seemingly allowing Italian switchblades again. I can say that the 8" INOXID example I posted earlier was an Ebay pickup way back and it was a bit pricey at that time...the seller knew he had a good one. I have several other vintage 8" Rostfrei swing-guards and they are nice, but the quality of the INOXID is much better for sure. Would be interesting to know the maker of these swingers.
