Thinking of different scales??

Post by thom »

Thinking of rescaling this AGA. Already been customized, not sure I like these scales. What do you think?? Did not mean to advertise for anyone, only pictures I have.

I can't say I love the screws but the scales themselves are pretty cool.

I'd leave it like it is. Your knife to do whatever you want with it. Did you buy it like that or was the custom work done after you bought the knife?

It's great work, do you mind sharing who customized for you? It might be simplest to buy some scales that you like from Jantz, then ask him to change them out.

AIK did the customizing. I have a set of French Tip horn from Walt H. Thinking of using the French tip. PicklockPat has agreed to rescale.

Can't go wrong with Pat doing the re-scale. His work is outstanding. would love to see photos when you get it back.

Me, too. I don't think I've ever seen a spine engraved like that. It's very cool.
