It measures 15 cm closed, and 23,5 cm with the larger blade open. or 33 cm with both blades open. It fires both blades with a push of the center button. The cross section is pretty square at 1,8 cm X 1,8 cm. It weights a hefty 254 g. and feels like one of the big Campolins; it's literally that solid and well put together. It's a bit tricky to operate with the centrally located button. Typically I hold it with both hands and try to push down smartly. I can easily forgive any problems here, I don't plan to use it for click therapy and it's amazing that Jeremy was able to build so many moving parts into such a small package. He's not only a great cutler, but also a crackerjack engineer.
The scale material is Carpathian red elm, colored and stabilized by Rob Carper. Jeremy gave it the CA treatment and it really makes the grain and the color pop.
Both 4,5 mm thick mirror polished blades are beveled on the button side of the knife so that they miss each other, and are flat on the outsides, against the nice thick 2 mm brass liners. The top blade is about 9 cm and the bottom only slightly shorter at 8,2 cm.
This thing is a mechanical masterpiece with a total of 6 springs. The two small lock back mechanisms each have a spring, which is almost impossible to see under the kickers. Then there are the kickers themselves, a total of four in two sets of two, side by side.
Take careful note of this stamp. It's one you will be seeing a lot of and it will be attached to a stellar reputation.
