Thanks guys, John the wood was given to me by a friend, he called it Leopard wood. I'm not sure if that's correct but it does have a spotty look about it. The blade is 1095 and the sheath is .90 kydex, I have been getting into kydex sheaths and holsters. Thanks for the kind words, hope everyone has a safe summer.
