this came today and i am stoked to the bone about it. 7 1/2 inches open ,stamped CAMPOBASSO longways on the blade. it was featured in the old newsletter volume 11 number 4 as the pics show . one of the finest examples of a FROSOLONE CAMPOBASSO known to exist I love it enjoy yall I will.

OK - for the benefit of new collectors, this isn't just another 50+ year old picklock that happens to be about perfect. There are probably only a handful of these known to exist, and this one is perfect. So, this isn't some cheap clone or even a nice well made new knife that anybody can buy, or even a pristine old semi-rare picklock - read HOLY GRAIL!

Awesome knife. Never seen one in such pristine condition. :D 8)

Hello, I know that this thread is dated however I believe I have the exact same knife that is shown in these pictures and I'd like to learn as much as possible about it. I received it from my late grandfather who got it while serving overseas in the US Navy during the Korean War/Conflict. I'll check back to this thread periodically to see if anyone replies. At that time maybe we can exchange info to talk in more detail. Thanks.
