My 1st OTF!
I picked this up from Tinys...great service by the way! It's not really my actual 1st OTF...I do have one of the cheapy "Stainless Stell" models but that's like comparing apples to steaming piles of shit! This thing packs a huge kick! It's a great knife and built to last.

Helluva nice knife, Patrick.
Some folks call it a sling blade, I call it a Kaiser blade.

Re: My 1st OTF!
Hi JerrBear...the operation is solid! I guess it could be considered a little stiff requiring some thumb strength to operate but that really is a good thing! I don't want any accidental openings if I happen to have it on my person. Mine has not blade wobble at all and that is a pleasant surprise because my research found that these Makoras almost always have a little wobble due to the size of the blade. I couldn't be happier with the finish. It is rock solid! When the blade retracts it does so with the utmost of authority! A nice comforting "SLAM"JerrBear wrote:Mr. Patrick D.,
How is the operation onnit?

Thank you for responding.
"A little stiff," Huh? I guess I am just a "girly man."
I can't imagine this type of OTF EVER firing accidently - Even a LIGHTNING, which is considerably easier and more pleasant to operate...

Re: My 1st OTF!
Congratulations on the Makora II. I picked one up myself from Adams Knifeworks. Sterling service from them, by the way.
