New Burn

Post by blacklab »

8) 8) Picked this one up this morning. 11 inches. Swept back bayo grind. All screw construction. Giraffe bone scales in dark blue. It's a Burn, so what can I say other than, as usual with Paul's work, it is flawless. Snaps open with authority and locks up tight as a drum.

Thanks, and yeah, sorry about the GIGANTIC PICTURES. I'll try to remember the next time I want to post pics, but the microsoft program on my computer that grabs the shots off of the digital camera seems to make them about 1/10th normal size, so I enlarged them with the program, then it looks like the program on this website blows them up even further!!! Yikes. If I'd've left them alone they'd be normal size. Anyway, you can all see the drity details of that knife, so there are no secrets left.

Let's see if this pic gets sized a little smaller. Used a different program on my computer to process it.

Very cool knife. I like simplistic styles and designs. The wasp body style is cool.
There's something about a nice, simple design that's much more elegant than all the fancy doodads and shiny stuff some guys put on their custom stuff.
That Burn is a beauty and something you wouldn't be afraid to pick up.
Congrats. Real SWEET!

Very nice and I agree with G&B about the simple, classic design. Plus it's a BURN!

Thanks to all for looking.

I dropped off two Microtech LCC D/As with Paul to have him add some custom work onto the basic factory issue. Some custom scale and file work. I'll post them up once they're done in a couple months. Hopefully it'll be warm again by then.
