I look for a way to inspect blade after grinding in workshop before
delivery to the customer in science way.

Something like this http://www.ares-server.com/Ares/Ares.as ... t&ID=80762 can allow you to see how well you have done. I don't know a good way to actually determine any scientific number or description :?

If you want to be scientific about it I think you could use a profile projector (expensive!). Much more sensible is Vagrant's suggestion of the magnifier for a thorough visual check. In the same vein I would also check if the cutting power was consistent all along the edge.

I believe http://www.harborfreight.com has a Rockwell hardess tester.
